|3 Pound Flank Steak|
Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
1 Large Carrot, chopped
1 Large Onion, chopped
¼ tsp. Ground Dried Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
½ Cup Beef Bouillon
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and place into microwave pressure cooker.
- Add the carrot and onion; season with thyme and bay leaf. Pour in the Beef Bouillon
- Cook on high for 20 minutes then allow pressure to release naturally. If necessary, reseal pressure cooker and cook in additional 5 minute increments until a fork easily passes through the meat.
