Makes 12 – 4 oz Servings

3 Pound Flank Steak
Salt & Ground Black Pepper to taste
1 Large Carrot, chopped
1 Large Onion, chopped
¼ tsp. Ground Dried Thyme
1 Bay Leaf
½ Cup Beef Bouillon

  1. Season the flank steak with salt and pepper and place into microwave pressure cooker.
  2. Add the carrot and onion; season with thyme and bay leaf. Pour in the Beef Bouillon
  3. Cook on high for 20 minutes then allow pressure to release naturally. If necessary, reseal pressure cooker and cook in additional 5 minute increments until a fork easily passes through the meat.
